To achieve this status an agent has specific criteria they must meet and maintain such as a certain level of sales and amount of time they have been an agent, therefore sharpening their skills and expertise in the industry.

I spend countless hours renewing certifications and gaining new ones, researching and gathering information on different areas, resorts, travel requirements and more!
