🎵 Let me reintroduce myself 🎵

There are some new faces around and it’s a new year! I wanted to take some time to (re)introduce myself to YOU!

👋 I’m Annie Seaman, your personal travel advisor!

Fun facts about me:

⭐️I live in So Cal currently, but I’ve lived maaaaaannyyyyy places in my lifetime (17 to be exact, including overseas). (My fave has been California though) 📍

⭐️I’ve been with my husband for 15 years this month. ❤️

⭐️We named our Corgi after Clark Griswold in Christmas Vacation (one of the best Christmas movies)

⭐️I’ve been told many times I should write a book about my life…. I’ve lived many lives, it’s kind of weird to think about sometimes. Story time in the future? 🤔

⭐️I’m the oldest of 5, and the favorite 👀 😂😂

⭐️My favorite trip I’ve taken so far…. Hawaii! We visited 4 of the Hawaiian islands during a 7 day cruise — it was really magical!

⭐️And one more… I LOVE working out. I was previously certified in Personal Training!

THIRTY DAYS!! 🤩

In just 30 short days I’ll be at my agency’s annual retreat! This is by far one of my FAVE events of the year… and not ONLY because it’s held at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida.

This is a time I get to connect….connect with my fellow Travelmation agents and friends, with our leadership, and with my favorite supplier BDMs.

In turn, I truly do get a burst of motivation and joy in what I do… planning travel!

I cannot wait to share it with you, my friends! ☺️

Just a few short weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity to experience Cruise World as a STAR agent!

I got to focus on one-on-ones with suppliers I work with to build my relationships. We had some AMAZING panels at our general sessions. And then even MORE knowledge-gaining at our round tables (just for STARS). 🙂

I had the absolute best time networking and learning SO much from ALL the cruise lines (this includes river cruise lines too… bc ya’ll…. We need to get on one of those!).

I had the opportunity to tour Princess Cruise Line’s newest ship — SUN PRINCESS!

What a gorgeous new ship, set up with soooo many pretty spaces, the always-great Medallion technology, and delicious food!

They’ve always created this new space - the Dome! It’s a sunny hangout spot by day, but fun entertainment venue by night!

Sanctuary Club is also new… and brings the ship-within-a-ship concept to Princess!

⭐️Chef’s Table⭐️

I am so grateful to have been invited to experience Chef’s Table on board Carnival Firenze… and now I share this with you!

I don’t have quite enough spots for ALL the pics/videos taken… but here’s a snapshot.

⭐️12 Courses
⭐️Champagne toast
⭐️Red & White Wine
⭐️Dessert demo
⭐️2.5 hours

To say this experience was amazing is an understatement. This is one of the absolute best dining experiences you can do on board a Carnival ship, and the chef walks you through every course, while you dine in the Galley of the ship (which is amazing in itself).

⭐️Il Viaggio⭐️

This one deserves its own post, because OF COURSE the Italian restaurant on an Italian themed ship is going to be 🔥!

One of Firenze’s specialty restaurants, and worth every penny. Delicious Italian food, including a cruiser-fave CHICKEN PIZZA.

This isn’t your ordinary chicken pizza, folks…. the CRUST is made of chicken! Plus add the chili-honey on top… 🤌🏻 omg SO GOOD!

Trust me on this one — try Il Viaggio 🤩

The posts you’ve been waiting for…

This is going to be between 3 posts today… which is a must. There’s SO much yummy dining on board Carnival ships… especially Firenze!

So let’s dive in!! ⬇️

First, I want to tell you they’ve got the normal Lido Marketplace, the main dining, but then in the main dining on sea days…. They offer Thing 1 and Thing 2 Birthday Breakfast!
Did I do this??

OF COURSE! 🤩🤩

This breakfast included cute menu items like Green Eggs and Ham, Red Velvet French toast, and more! PLUS, appearances from some favorite Dr. Seuss characters… Cat in the Hat, Sam I Am, and Thing 1 and Thing 2, of course.

And let me tell you… main dining is DELISH! But my fave item… Carnival Chocolate Melting Cake! 🤤 I had it 3 times during my cruise… PRO TIP: ask for a side of peanut butter with it. YUMMMYYYYY!
