I like to keep moving and I go through a LOT of water... so, I typically use a 3.0L Camelbak and carry a 1L Smartwater bottle. πŸ’¦

If so, I bet you experience RESISTANCE - fears, excuses, reasons not to go, the little voice telling you why you suck 🀭

Well, guess what?

The more you take action WITH the resistance, the quieter that little voice gets!

Yup, that's right- bring the resistance with you.. to the gym, on trail, to the class.. it's welcome to join for ALL of the hard things! πŸ’ͺ

Taking action with your resistance is BADASS! 🀩

*note- intuition that you're not SAFE or healthy is different than resistance and you'll need to practice discerning between them as you challenge yourself*

1. I like to get 🌞 on my body, especially in the winter months.

2. It kinda sucks and doing stuff that sucks feels good to me. 😎

3. Cold exposure has positive health benefits (speeds up metabolism, reduces inflammation, triggers immune response, etc). πŸ₯Ά

*disclaimer- I am NOT in the backcountry when practicing this... I take these walks in a low-risk area and I have progressively increased my exposure over time.
