VENDORS:
If you plan to set up TONIGHT, Friday--The time is 5-7:00 PM
All cars can stay in our school parking lot after you unload ONLY on Friday.

Saturday Setup begins at 6:30 AM
Once your car is unloaded--Please immediately move your car to Weeden park and the shuttle will bring you back up. We need to keep the drop off area clear. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE AT WEEDEN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please don't forget that we will be collecting one item from each vendor for our raffle! Please give it to anyone in a green shirt to get to the raffle table. Thank you!!!

☃️ REMINDER: The RCS Holiday Arts & Crafts Show is coming this Saturday, December 7, 2024. Vendors will be at the elementary and high schools from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., along with a full concession stand. The event is sponsored by the class of 2027 and 2028, and admission is free! 🆓

Vendors: When arriving to unload, please use the digital sign entrance. A student will be at the top to hand you your envelope and direct you to the entrance near your spot. Students will be available to help unload your vehicles so that we can move vehicles out of the loading zones quickly. All vendors must park at Weeden Park on Saturday and ride the shuttle back up. On Friday, you can just park at the school. Thank you for your cooperation!
