BREAKING NEW 🌀Heads up to people headed to Walt Disney World soon! Disney's theme parks will begin to close in phases to prepare for Hurricane Milton.

🔸Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close today at 1 p.m.

🔸Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Springs will be closing today at 2 p.m.

🔸️It is likely the theme parks will remain closed on Thursday, Oct. 10. With a consideration of opening Disney Springs Thursday late afternoon with limited offerings. This will include the cancellation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom on Oct. 10. Event tickets will be refunded.

🔸️Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will temporarily close beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9. They are likely to remain closed until Sunday, Oct. 13.

🔸️Walt Disney World Transportation will stop operating Wednesday, Oct. 9 after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks close.
*Limited Minnie Van and Mears Transportation services will be available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

🔸️Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf and Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Disney’s Blizzard Beach remains closed for planned refurbishment.

HINT: This attraction has quickly climbed into our top things to do for this park. There is almost never more than a 15 minute wait (usually a walk-on), and we love looking for Donald Duck on this festive boat ride!

Get ready for the next iteration of Test Track! Clear the road, because starting June 17th, the attraction will be temporarily closed for refurbishment. We already have some cool visuals from Disney Imagineers of what the exterior will look like when they’re done adding some pixie dust!
