We are deeply saddened by the incident that occurred last night with American Flight 5342 and the Black Hawk Helicopter near Reagan National Airport. Our hearts go out to all those affected by this devastating incident. Recently, clients from our Boscov's Travel Neshaminy Mall location took an incredible trip to Royalton Negril in Jamaica! 🌴 Read about their incredible experience below:

“From the beginning to the very end Nicole D. was incredible. She streamlined the process from scanning and scouting where to go based on our asks, narrowing down resorts once a location was picked, and then setting realistic options within our family of 4, all-inclusive budget. We settled on Royalton Negril in Jamaica during the 3rd week of November for my 40th birthday and the weather was pristine! Nicole was available every single time I sent her an email, or a question, or a request and did so all within a reasonable turnaround time. She supplied "boot to bonnet" information on what to expect and sent our itinerary, and instructions 1 month before departure - all while making sure she stated she would be 100% available if anything were to arise.

The ride transfer was easy to find in the airport, and easy to confirm once we were in Jamaica to obtain our ride back to the airport once our trip was done. Now, I'm not sure if Nicole had anything to do with it, but upon our arrival, we were given a presidential upgrade on our room, which was out of this world. The comparison of a small apartment! They even decorated our room on my birthday! I would highly recommend Nicole for all your travel needs. As far as the resort, I would also definitely recommend Royalton for a fun family adventure in the WARMEST waters! We took a catamaran ride, snorkeled, went cliff diving at Ricks Cafe and saw the most beautiful sunsets! Our 14- & 12-year-old kids we able to walk freely about the resort as the security was heavy, which put our minds at ease about safety. The food was readily available, and the drinks, the drinks are made heavily with Jamaica's well-known rum! Once my husband and I financially recover from this, we will undoubtedly be reaching out to Nicole for our next adventure!”
