This beautiful two-story townhome in Redmond at Eagle Crest Resort, right on the Challenge Golf Course, has been our joyful escape, but with our kids growing up and our business demanding more of our time, we haven’t been able to enjoy it as much as we would like.

Hello everyone,

We have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Redmond in Eagle Crest Resort. The home sit on the golf course. Our daughter is living there and looking for two roommates. The home is fully furnished and comes with a fireplace and hot tub. You would share a bathroom with one other person. Full access to the resort gyms and swimming pools is included in your rent along with us covering the HOA dues. Rent is $850 per month plus 1/3 of utilities. We do require a background check and $800 security deposit. Our daughter does have two sweet kitties.
