Able Trek Tours Able Trek offers two types of travel options. Fully staffed and assisted tours for adults with special needs and tours for the general public.

We also offer motor coach charters for your group to the destination of your choice. Welcome to Able Trek Tours website. Within this site you will find a variety of information about the services we offer. On the left side of this page are the three main focuses of Able Trek Tours. Simply click on the area of our business you are interested in and you will be ushered into that area. Here is a brie

f introduction for each heading to your left. SPECIAL NEEDS VACATIONS: This section describes in detail the vacation program we offer for individuals who require assistance traveling. These vacations include assistance from our staff (chaperons) that enable Travelers with special needs to have a safe and enjoyable travel experience. In 1991, when Able Trek Tours was established, this was the sole purpose of our business. Still today, and always, our vacations for individuals with special needs remains a major focus of the services we provide. GENERAL PUBLIC VACATIONS: This section describes the tours and vacations we offer for the general public. These non-staffed (we do have a Tour Leader on each trip) day and overnight vacations go to a variety of attractions and locations. The general public trips depart from the LaValle, Reedsburg, Baraboo, Sauk City, Waunakee areas. CHARTER BUS SERVICE: We offer for charter our 27 and 57 passenger motor coaches. Groups of all kinds charter our motor coaches for their day and multi-day trips. Each of our late model and exceptionally well kept motor coaches feature a restroom, DVD/CD player with color monitors, air-conditioning, reclining cloth seats and plenty of luggage capacity. Our friendly and professional drivers are at your service to make your trip enjoyable and worry-free. Motor coach pictures and an online quote request form are included.

Exciting news to start your week: The 2025/2026 SPECIAL NEEDS BOOK is live on our website, and you can sign up for trips now! We worked really hard this year to have the book done before the holidays, because we know that the gift of TRAVEL is such a wonderful gift- and we have GIFT CERTIFICATES available in any denomination!

We can't wait for you to see the trips planned for 2025 and 2026! We have added several new trips, many being 4 day trips, because we know those are most popular! We can't wait to travel with everyone in the new year!

We are grateful for all of the guests that travel with us and all of our wonderful volunteers- together all of you help create a traveling family that we are so lucky to have. We can't imagine Able Trek without you!

We spent a few days in the dells, with our travelers with special needs! We love to provide them with opportunities to have fun! We went on the Upper Boat Tours and took the hikes to Witches Gulch and to Stand Rock to see the dog jump the rocks! In the first picture, you can see Lavonne who had never been on a boat ride before and Lori who had been wanting to see the dog jump at Stand Rock for a long time! Check out their grins, I think they definitely loved all of the tour!

1. LEVI lives with Kim & David, can often be seen relaxing with his favorite stuffed toys!
2. TAPENGA and ELLIE live with Dori, Tapenga is 17 YEARS OLD and Ellie is 1. They already are besties for life!
3. PACO is the 3rd pup in Dori's pack and is all about boating safety with his life jacket.
4. EVIE likes to cool off in the water and is Don's Dog
5. NANUK enjoys going to air conditioned places where she can be cool and get lots of pets! She lives with Amy.
