3 Night minimum during shoulder season - There will be a $100 short stay fee for any reservations less than 7 nights. First floor contains foyer, garage and one of the master suites with attached bathroom and walk-out patio. Garage is stocked with sand chairs and toys to use while you visit (and a second refrigerator!) The second floor is the main living area with a large kitchen w/breakfast area and bar seating overlooking the dining area and large great room. The comfortable sectional sofa and wall mounted TV is great for the whole group to gather. TV stand contains tons of DVDs, games & puzzles, and books to enjoy during your visit. There is also deck (overlooking green space) and powder room is on this floor for convenience. The third floor contains another master suite with attached bathroom, two bunk rooms, and hall bathroom. There is also a heated pool exclusively for the 8 units of Scarborough Square! There is enough parking for 3 cars (and garage space for bikes, etc). This home backs up to an elementary school with playgrounds, fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for your use (during non-school hours). It’s just a .9 mile jaunt to the beach via the Turtle Bridge over Silver Lake. Close to Rt 1 transportation, (tax-free!) shopping and restaurants. Scarborough Ave Extension
