This is what I do.
These folks inherited the property after a close relative passed. Due to the previous owners age and health, the property had been neglected for many years and desperately needed some attention. The new owners live in Ohio and don't have the time or ability to care for the place.

So they handed the keys over to me, and went back to Ohio. After almost 2 months, they are returning tomorrow to see their place for the first time since it was in my hands. I am so excited for them to see what I have done with their vacation home. I really hope they like it!
