Wow, what a year. Our plans are rock solid, but not moving ahead yet. The fate of private aviation, general aviation, and the entire industry could have a massive pivot come November. We'll have to see what happens. If you love aviation, you'll know what to do. 🙏👍😉

Optimism is a wonderful trait to have, especially in the face of apparently insurmountable, monumental challenges. We all know what those are right now...for us as individuals, our families, our nation, and the entire world. We have but one choice; to move forward to a brighter day.

If there's one quality I can attribute to any success I've had it is this... Once a decision is made to achieve a goal, it's a non-stop optimistic path to the finish line...one step at a time.

For Family Aviation, the "why" -- the reason we exist -- is to safely and graciously serve our clients and generate a secure financial future for the company, its investors, and its employees. But, ultimately, it's to create an endowment for a fledgling charitable organization called Island Learning Center; a not-for-profit with the mission to help at-risk kids and families break the chain of poverty and failure, and create the mindset of optimism and success.

Of course, it's a long story, but I came from such an environment. It took me the majority of my youth to realize what's possible. Because I've lived it, I believe it's possible to help folks -- young and old -- change their mindset. Island Learning Center will help as many as we can reach, to broaden their horizons and expand possibilities.

Thank you for liking Family Aviation. The more you share this, which will take about 10-seconds, the more you will help contribute to this goal. Your "share" won't go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Very excited to have located a beautiful facility at RNO for our first Part 135 operation. 15,000' of hanger and 900' of office. We've got a letter of intent (LOI). Only problem...it won't be ready for 18 months! We'll put something together before then.
