1 pound bacon
1/2 cup Blackjack Sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix bacon and sugar in a bowl.
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray.
Lay bacon on sheet, cover with any Blackjack Sugar left in the bowl.
Cover bacon with second piece of foil.
Bake about 35 minutes, or until crispy
