We’re starting the winter season at Yellowstone Safari Park, where we’ll be closing our facilities to the public until May 2025. During this time, we’ll be working hard to bring improvements and make our visitors’ experience even better than before! But most importantly we will be taking the best of care of each of the animals at Yellowstone Safari Park. Keep an eye opento see what we post and enjoy the beauty of these animals in the fall and winter weather!

Elk 🦌shed their antlers annually; it's a natural and very surprising process! In fact, you may have come across an antler if you often walk in the countryside! This process happens every year—elk lose their antlers to grow new ones, which get bigger each year!

Did you know...? 🐺

The gray wolf has one of the strongest bites in the animal kingdom, allowing them to immobilize large prey by attacking the most vulnerable points. Their bite, combined with the coordination of the pack, enables them to take down animals much larger than themselves in the wild.

At Yellowstone Safari Park, you can see them in proximity and experience a sizable pack that live within our Safari premises.

ℹ️ We want to inform you of the new schedule for Yellowstone Safari Park, starting this Monday, September 9th!

From Monday to Saturday, we are open to the public from 9 AM to 5 PM!

Sunday visits are by appointment only (please call to schedule). While Sunday visits are more personalized, free re-entry is not available on Sunday visits.
