Crosby Properties, LLC has a brand new cabin ready to rent for the 24-25 duck and goose seasons starting Nov-1 through Jan-31 for the duck season lease. This five twin and one queen bed cabin has a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, fire pit, dog kennel, WiFi, and Netflix. Located in Reyno, AR, The Blind is right in the flyway. It has plenty of chat parking for trucks and boats and has a cleaning station for your birds. All utilities included, DM me if you’re interested.

First glimpse of Crosby Properties, LLC - The Pit! Our latest cabin has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and storage room. With custom work throughout, this cabin has 10 beds and can sleep 11 guests. It is our first cabin with two full bathrooms.

These cabins aren’t just a business for us, they aren’t just something to put on Airbnb, we put our heart and soul into these cabins. My husband works endless hours, tirelessly to handcraft each one of these cabins. My sister gifted this mirror to me, it was my mothers, now it has come back to life and has a new home. Welcome to The Nest! The Nest, located in Reyno, Arkansas is a rental cabin for duck/goose hunting and Airbnb during the off season. The Nest is on the same property as The Roost. This cabin has one large, spacious bedroom with seven twin beds and one queen bed. The Nest will sleep 8 people comfortably. There is one bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a continuous water heater for multiple showers. It has a full kitchen with dining area adjacent to the living room with a TV. Internet included. There is a storage room for your equipment right off the living room which is temperature controlled so you can crate your dogs there and know they are safe inside with you. The Nest has plenty of parking for your hunting equipment and trucks. There is a kennel for letting your hunting buddy relax while not working. This cabin is within 2 miles of 3 boat landings into the Dave Donaldson WMA and one block from a complete grocery store with a full restaurant.

It would be crazy for me to not say I’m proud of my crew Clayton Crosby and Spencer Blanchard. These guys showed up and stayed late to bust out this cabin in 38 working days. Now granted it took 56 days total from the time the first 2x4 hit the bare concrete pad. We had a few days off during it and waited 9 days during the build for the spray foam guy to get there. So I feel we put the work in and made it happen. This cabin will be used as a duck/goose hunting lodge and a Airbnb in the off season. Now, on to to start building the next cabin as soon as we can get the ground dry to get gravel and concrete in.

As an owner of a few cabins and looking to build 1 or 2 more I have a question.
I have a 10-12 man and a 6-8 man depending on how you want to sleep.
My question is what is everyone’s group sizes?
What is everyone looking for when they are looking for a cabin?
