I wish every one of you could have felt the love in the room when Mica Mayes-Moore's family met the Dr. Kyle Smith family who won the guitar auction for . Kyle is a fan that had an autographed copy of Miracle from 2003 and his favorite song was "That Was Then, This Is Now" and this guitar was used to play slide on that song. Kyle said he had to have it and he even confessed to his days at Sneaky Pete's watching my original band Lightning and remembered Mouse Mayes (Mica's Dad & Point Blank Guitarist) from playing with Big D Stuff. Amazingly, Mouse did join Lightning later! Now, Kyle's son, Michael, is a guitar player and Mica's husband, Nate Moore is also in a band and the guys, Todd Marquart and Paul Aaron, at AMP (where we met for the presentation) KNEW Michael from working on his vintage gear! Everyone in the room was connected by the love of music and now their united love and support for Mica. It was a BEAUTIFUL moment!

Friedman Brown Eye. Funny name but the tone of this beast is incredible! It came in for bias circuit repair and tube replacement. Clean channel is good and the Gain channel is smooth, crunchy, and loud. Top of my list for a must have!!

Extremely dirty power amplifier, there is a "carpet" of dust over the heatsinks. Without airflow this was about to burn...
