Kessler Investments has announced plans for a major hotel and entertainment district near Heartwood, conveniently located off I-95 at exit 82.

This development will include a 200-room hotel that serves as a “living museum” celebrating Henry and Clara Ford, who made Richmond Hill their winter home. Visitors will get to see historic Ford cars, including a 1966 Ford fastback displayed in a rotating glass rotunda.

This project is very exciting for our community, blending our rich history with modern amenities and bringing a positive impact on tourism and the local economy.
