We have been in the Holiday Lighting Industry for over 20 years! We started in McHenry, IL and have grown the business to include Lake County, Cook County, McHenry County, and parts of Southern Wisconsin.

Are you interested in pursuing seasonal employment? We are searching for candidates aspiring to be part of a team dedicated to providing residents with safe, enjoyable Christmas Lighting experiences. If you are a passionate, energized individual who enjoys recreation and outdoor activities, one of the Seasonal Laborer positions may be perfectly suited for you.

Details of our Winter Season:

**The Season begins mid October and ends February, with the opportunity additional employment opportunities with one of our sister companies.

**Employees will work 30-40 hours per week. Strong opportunity for overtime.

**Evening and Weekend availability preferred.

**Employee Assessment after two week period, at which time you will be eligible for a $0.25-$2.00 raise per hour (based on performance).

**Paid Training

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Possession of a driver's license and a good driving record. Experience working outdoors and on ladders. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to perform varied Laborer tasks.

Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds from ground to head level

- Ability to safely handle and climb ladders reaching heights of 10-20 feet

- Willingness to work weekends during peak installation weeks

- Willingness to work 12+ hour days where needed

Daily Responsibilities:

- Arrive at Richmond shop location for standard morning start time

- Assist in installing Christmas lights with team of other installers, as directed by crew lead

- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment

- Assist in other minor shop tasks to prepare for continued installations

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
