John Aveles had surgery today.
I went commercial with Fox.

California is changing. Sometimes I feel like there is a band of people trying ,super- hard ,to deny fisherman access .
Friday 5/31/23,
Jackson, the life of the party.
As the old folks floundered on the deck, good old Jasckon was there to pick up the slack.
It’s always a great day when the Kids really get into the action.
5 anglers and my deck hand John , limits of halibut and striped bass. We finish at 1:30 with a triple.
That yellow/brown stuff.
Hull cleaner removes it .
What wax is best after hull cleaner?

Has a great, 5 boat charter, that John Garner put together.
We got our our limit fish about 1 pm as we scratched most of the morning waiting for the tide to switch . It did!
We got the rest with 2 more for the crew.
We thought some guys the finner points of trolling for halibut.
People new to this game learn well on a small boat charter .
Most boats got limits. And by the pile of fish on the cleaning table most will be eating halibut in the near future.

The sturgeon bite is getting better.
The wind and that ,little tide, has worked it’s way through the week . That little tide made it tuff.
The next few days should be good . If the wind dies down.
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday and Sunday are wide open.
I would prefer to run with no less then three. With a 5 passengers max.
Trips are $250 per person . I have everything you need.
Bring a license and a punch card and lunch.
