I took several pictures and they all kept blurring out Robbie and Tim‘s faces. Maybe it’s just because I’m so damn good looking;) Just kidding. Furry friends show up just fine though. We went and picked up elk Fork Road and got a good rip in on the dual sports. the weather is warming up here in West Virginia. It’s a little bit wet and a little bit muddy and a whole lot of fun.  761-6989 to schedule your West Virginia motorcycle adventure vacation!

This is a county road near my house. We can take customers on this road if they have a bike that is prepped for it. This time we went with a Royal Enfield Himalayan and an Amazon purchased Chinese dual sport. The Himi did so-so. It didn’t have the needed ground clearance to go over parts of the road. It’s also heavier than the dual sport. With a lower power to weight ratio it was impossible to throttle thru. Not knocking it tho as this is a not what it was intended to ride on.
The Amazon dual sport is almost 200 lbs lighter. It’s also 200 cc vs 411 cc but it was like a little tractor. It chugged right along. It has a lower first gear than the Himi. Very nimble and maneuverable.
This is a challenging road. Lots of fun tho. There’s many more like this as well as numerous water crossings, vista roads, forest roads, river roads, mountain roads, etc to explore. Feel free to call us to book your next adventure in West Virginia! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a fun creek to cross. It leads to an alternate route on the WV TAT. It’s level is down right now. I’ve seen it raging and impossible to cross.

Here’s a little video going over a mountain in West Virginia. We popped out the other side to sunny slopes! Always an adventure in West Virginia. The mountains are beautiful!

Rolling into a dense fog wall in the Yew Mountians. We started seeing it peek thru the trees about a mile away. At first intimidating but it’s just another experience in a trip filled with many rich experiences! Video in the comments as FB won’t let me post pics and video together.
