River Falls Swim Club Our coaches help improve your stroke techniques, speed and confidence. When you’re ready to compete, we’ll get you to the meets right for your level.

About Our Club:
The River Falls Swim Club is a non-profit, member-supported club providing competitive swimming opportunities for school-aged children. Our coaches are experienced, USA Swimming-certified, and enthusiastic about getting kids excited to swim. Team Structure:
The RFSC program is separated into training groups providing individualized training for competitive swimmers who have been

recommended for placement by a coach during the Registration process. Each group is designed to benefit swimmers who are grouped together by age, ability, competitive experience level, and training commitment. The frequency, duration, training level, and intensity of practices define each group.

Developmental swim groups are made up of swimmers ages 4+. Coaches provide hands-on help and are in the water with the swimmers in small groups. Developmental sessions are offered year-round!

The Age Group swimmers have been putting in the work this week. Tonight is an opportunity for rest as the River Falls High School Boys Swim and Dive team will take on the Rice Lake Warriors. Due to the swim meet, there will be no practice. All are welcome to come out and support the boys tonight. The meet starts at 6:30pm. If you would like a seat on the pool deck (lane timer), please arrive by 6:10pm.

This past weekend the RFSC had swimmers compete in the 14 and Under State meet along with OMNI Winter Waves meet. These swimmers put in a great effort all weekend. Great job everyone! 🏊‍♀️

Our novice group is made up of hard-working kids who are ready to strengthen their love for swimming! Swimmers in this group can demonstrate their knowledge of swimming for one hour, up to five days a week.

Today's morning practice was the final practice of the Summer Competitive session. To send it out with a "bang", Darin Derks performed his infamous Friday Flop while being cheered on by his teammates! Thanks for the morale boost! It's always a pleasure having you at practice!

Last night we held a mini-Meet during practice. This is an opportunity for us to introduce newer swimmers (and parents) what a swim meet looks like and how they function. Our senior swimmers also pitch in helping the “newbies” learn the ropes. Here they are teaching the team cheer! #LoveOurRFSCSwimFam
