Our coaches help improve your stroke techniques, speed and confidence. When you’re ready to compete, we’ll get you to the meets right for your level.

About Our Club:
The River Falls Swim Club is a non-profit, member-supported club providing competitive swimming opportunities for school-aged children. Our coaches are experienced, USA Swimming-certified, and enthusiastic about getting kids excited to swim. Team Structure:
The RFSC program is separated into training groups providing individualized training for competitive swimmers who have been

recommended for placement by a coach during the Registration process. Each group is designed to benefit swimmers who are grouped together by age, ability, competitive experience level, and training commitment. The frequency, duration, training level, and intensity of practices define each group.

Our novice group is made up of hard-working kids who are ready to strengthen their love for swimming! Swimmers in this group can demonstrate their knowledge of swimming for one hour, up to five days a week.

NO PRACTICE OR LESSONS, WEDNESDAY 11/13/24

Unfortunately they have not been able to get the chemicals to suitably absorb into the water at this point and they are not able to allow personnel into the water. They continue to work on it regularly throughout the day and are doing all that they can to try and resolve this issue. We apologize again for this continued disruption of our ability to swim and practice. We hope we have better news for everyone tomorrow!

**NO PRACTICES OR LESSONS TONIGHT, MONDAY 11/11/2024***

We have been informed by the pool maintenance team that there is an imbalance in the chemicals and they are outside of acceptable safe operation levels. We have to cancel all Developmental lessons, Competitive training, and Masters swimming this evening, Monday November 11th.

They are working to resolve the problem and will keep in communication with us each morning as they work to resolve the issue. We will continue to communicate our pool availability each day.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

The RFHS Girls Swim and Dive team is running their fall fundraiser today in partnership with RF Nutrition (665 N Main St) from 9:00am-12:00pm! If you are looking for a delicious Shake or Tea this morning and want to support the RFHS Swim program, stop on by!

This past weekend, we hosted the RFSC Fall Invitational. First, we would like to thank all of the families that volunteered this weekend. Your time and efforts helped make this meet a great success! There were many outstanding performances! We had a total of 46 swimmers compete in 210 races. There were 135 new PRs achieved and 32 swimmers met new Achievement Time standards.
This week’s Swimmers of the Week are Edee Morrison, Sophia Pfeiffer, and Matt Waterman.
Edee secured five PRs over six events and earned a new Bronze MNSI Achievement Time standard. She reduced her 100 Back and 100 Free times by over 20 seconds in each event! She also reduced her 50 Free time by 8.95 seconds, which is a 18.5% improvement!
Sophia netted a new PR in each of her eight events! She was able to eliminate a total of 32.54 seconds and also earned four new Silver MNSI Achievement Time standards. Sophia dropped 11.01 seconds in her 200 Free and had an 8.18% improvement in the 50 Back!
Matt pocketed six new PRs over eight events and seized five new Silver MNSI Achievement Time standards. He eliminated 22.94 seconds from his 200 IM PR, 18.92 seconds from his 200 Free PR, and improved his 50 Free by 13.53%.

Thanks to all that participated in last night's water balloon battle! Team Green took an early lead in our 2024-2025 short course season's first Dual of the Pool event with a total of 53 points. Team Blue finished the evening with a respectable 34 points. Stay tuned for more information on our next event, Monday Sept 30, 2024!
