After 35 years of experience, Mr. David Wetzel, RPT, has found that working with patients as an independent licensed professional in their own home is the best way to improve their quality of life - convenient, comfortable and affordable. Treatments include a wide range of medical issues from painful muscles or joint injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological issues, imbalance, dizziness, weak

ness, and gait dysfunctions. Working closely with your physician, a Plan of Care Protocol will be designed especially for you, including pain reduction, manual therapy, stretching, massage, proven hands-on techniques and personalized home exercise programs. We accept Medicare Part B and most insurance carriers. Payment plans are also available. There is no extra cost for home visits.

This is Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapy performed in the home. We are not a Home Health Agency. There is no Telehealth activity.
This is a real opportunity for a physical therapist to express and exercise their skills, knowledge and expertise. As an Independent Contractor you will have the freedom and flexibility in scheduling your patients. You will be a member of a supporting team of physical therapists.

No aides or PTA’s. Patients will be provided as well as WebPT, a software for Soap Notes and Billing purposes. No daily distractions in meetings, scheduling, phone calling, or long forms to fill out. We provide all the training necessary to complete the job and be successful. We are the only Outpatient Rehabilitation In Home Physical Therapy Company in Utah. The Company has been around for 8 years with over 150 years of combined experience.

Looking for:

Part-time and full-time physical therapists- those who wish to add extra income.

5-10 years of experience in an Outpatient Clinic and Home Health Care Setting

Requirements:

Graduate Degree of Physical Therapy Accredited School
Current Utah Physical Therapy License in good standing

Basic Life Support Certification for health care providers (CPR)
Good Organizational Skills
Good reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
I-phone or equivalent device for communication
Home Office Space

Whoever called old age the "golden years" didn't know what they were talking about! Old age is not for wimps. I remember my mother saying, "I'm not afraid to die; I'd just like to get feeling better first". When my doctor suggested I try physical therapy I wondered if that could really help my back pain and balance issues. This is when I met Claudia Giannelli, DPT. She helped me do simple exercises to strengthen muscles and help me to stand up straight. Not only does she know what to do, she also comes to my home--and she is always on time. Now as I approach my 86th birthday, I am sleeping well, balance is improving, AND I can stand up straight--something I haven't been able to do it for most of my adult life.
