Average nightly rental will be $500 (depending on summer/ holiday/ weekday vs weekend) + a cleaning fee.

Max allowed for rental (10). may allow more if children. Adults wise, 10 is the max i would allow, as there is 2 bunk beds.

Got another bunk bed on the way to allow for more sleeping room! We are working really hard to get the house ready so i can get pictures and get the house listed for nightly rental! Next week all the plumbing is getting updated, all new modern ceiling tiles in the basement, new bathroom sink faucets, show heads and faucets and kitchen faucet. Outdoor security system.
Average nightly price will be $500.00 + cleaning fee

Bedroom #1- 1 Queen
Bedroom #2- 1 Full, 1 Full over Full bunk
Bedroom #3- 1 Queen
Bedroom #4- 1 twin or full bunk
*Sleeps 9- 13 depending on # of adults and kids

Bathroom #1- full bathroom (in master bedroom)
Bathroom #2- Full bathroom, in basement
Bathroom #3- half bathroom (close to kitchen and living rm)

Need opinions!
Our Airbnb has 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1- Queen
Bedroom 2- Queen
Bedroom 3- Full but changing to a queen.
Bedroom 4- twin over full bunk
My question is, bedroom 2 has enough floor space I think i could have either 2 full size beds or a full size and a full over full bunk. Which would you prefer when renting? The bunk would be 250 max weight per bunk. I am trying to utilize the space as much as possible. I would like to just have 2 bunk beds in one room, but the kids room/ bunk room is not laid out where it would work. The largest room in bedroom 1, but it is the master and I do not want to crowd that room.

We are getting closer! All the faucets, shower heads and plumbing are going to be upgraded at the end of the month! Along with all new ceiling tiles in the basement! Outdoor security cameras will be installed and a few more finishing touches!

Hi everyone! Happy new year! We are working on upgrades at the lake house! Our plan it to have to house listed on Airbnb this spring for summer rentals! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home right next to the water! Flat, large yard, with grass! No steps to the water. We are on the west side of the lake, often referred to as the quite side. This home is in a nice quite neighborhood, with paved roads. Let us know below some of your must haves when visiting a Airbnb.

We are closing on the new Finney Lake house- Vacation rental on Tuesday next week! I am very excited to get our new vacation property up and going soon :) The new property is 4 bedrooms and much larger square footage! As a result our rates will be quite a bit higher, but it will be so worth it! The view is to die for, and there is a level yard with no stairs to the dock :) STAY TUNED :) few sneak peaks below

The Finney lake house was under contract in less than a day! We will no longer be taking reservations! We are truly going to miss this home. We have made so many memories here! As well as the families we hosted last summer. Stay tuned for updates on the new "Finney Lake house" :)
