Please remember that the small towns of Western NC will need our help long after the media attention dies down. In addition to the devastation of Hurricane Helene, the lack of visitors coming in the storm's wake is affecting EVERY small business in the region, whose owners & employees rely on peak Fall tourism revenue to sustain them through the Winter. Show them some love & SPREAD THE WORD!

We just wanted to share an update on Cabin Yona. As most now know a massive hurricane hit the Western North Carolina mountains. First off we want to send our thoughts and prayers to all of those who were affected by this storm. Cabin Yona was spared by this storm and the surrounding area of Robbinsville is back up and running as normal. We were able to visit the cabin and Robbinsville this weekend and all was okay. We are thankful to announce that the cabin is able to welcome future guests and operate normally. We have also joined the Airbnb disaster relief program so Cabin Yona is also available to rescue workers of the storm at a reduced rate and no Airbnb fees when they reserve it. ♥️
While traveling to the cabin this weekend we saw so many trucks on their way with supplies. We saw convoys of military trucks but also so many people just filling up their trailers and pickup trucks with supplies. It was such a wonderful sight seeing everyone pull together to help. ♥️

Cabin Yona just got a little cozier for our furry guests! Over half of Cabin Yona's guests bring their best friends with them, we wanted to make sure they have a great stay too! We love our four legged guests! ♥️
