We save the lives of pets in our state by removing them from a life on the streets, or taking them in from owner's who's lives have changed in a way that leaves the pet vulnerable. We have primaril

y been a dog rescue, but are fortunate enough to have begun a relationship with a local cat rescue as well. We ONLY adopt domestic pets to indoor only homes. You must be 25 years of age or older to adopt, and all adults in the home must be in agreement. We require a good vet reference, personal references and a home visit. Adoption fees can vary from $75 to $200. All pets will be fully vaccinated, dewormed, spayed or neutered, dogs will be heartworm negative and all pets will be current on prevenatives. Some pets may also have dental work, blood work, surgeries, microchips, etc.
