ROOMS - Two separate bedrooms (Room 1 - queen bed. Room 2 - 2 x twin bed bunks and A trundle twin mattress (We could possibly accommodate a toddler crib depending on availability) Each room has bed linens, blankets, pillows, and a pedestal fan, also a walk-in closet. The queen has a walk in closet.
FULL KITCHEN - with full size refrigerator, pantry, microwave, electric range, kettle, toaster, serveware (for up to 6 guests - kids servware available on request), cookware, knife ware, cooking utensils, bakeware, some basic baking condiments and paper towel. Note: there is NO dishwasher so guests are asked to wash their dishes by hand with the dish soap, drying rack and cloths provided. We offer complimentary hot cocoa and popcorn, also a guest chocolate, and bottled water for each guest on arrival.
DINING ROOM - with Dining table and 6 chairs.
LIVING ROOM - space with a 3 seater sofa bed and chair, 40" Roku TV, floor lamp, throw blanket and couch cushions.
BATHROOM - 3/4 with shower (NO tub), vanity, toilet, with towels & face washers for up to 6 guests, hand towel, floss, cotton balls, makeup pads, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The Brick Hall originally built in 1895 is this space.

It consists of 1 room with ample space for table seating for up to 150 people or any smaller configuration you can imagine. It has a raised platform at one end. Direct access from outside. West entry with outdoor deck space.

Sorry, No bathroom or kitchen facilities available at this time. Strictly the room only.

Stair access (4steps), no disability access.

A barrel vaulted 20ft ceiling, Maple hardwood floors, A Disco ball and other character features are the canvas available to you to then add your finishing touches to bring your event to life.

Wifi, Tables and chairs are available upon request for seating up to 80 people. Additional Church pews seat up to 25 people.

Rent by the hour, half day, full day.

Hourly rate - $10/hr anytime (min 1hr - max 4 hr)
Half day rate - $60 (8am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm)
Full day rate - $120 (8am-10pm)
A $50 deposit is required for all bookings. Refundable upon inspection of the space. Guests are expected to leave the space clean and tidy after an event. If the space is found to be in need of cleaning prior to the next guest arriving the deposit will be the cleaning fee charge and the deposit will not be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT.

Currently we do accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or check (only under certain conditions).
We DO NOT accept credit card payment at this time.
(Note: If you decide to choose the "goods and service" option on venmo or PayPal a service charge will be taken from your deposit on check out to cover this fee)

To reserve your dates we request a deposit of $50 for up to 3 night stays and $100 for stays over 3 nights, refundable (minus any applicable fees) within 24hrs after checkout if the room inspection comes back clear.
Full payment must be made by 2pm 1 week prior to check in. Reservations not paid in full prior to this timeframe will be cancelled.
If booking less than 7 days prior to scheduled check in, full payment must be made upon booking.

Special circumstances may necessitate modifications to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time.

When booking we require a name and contact number for the booking who is over 18 years of age as well as the expected number of guests (note - room capacity cannot be exceeded) Upon check in we will require a driver's license photo ID for verification.

If you have special requirements or needs please discuss this with us during booking or prior to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is Fully Refundable when cancelling more than 7 days prior to your check in date.
Payment is Partially refundable when cancelling less than 7 days but more than 24hrs. The deposit becomes NON refundable if canceling less than 7 days prior to your stay.
If cancelling less than 24hrs prior to check in guest forfeits 100% payment for stays shorter than 3 nights and 50% payment for stays longer than 3 nights.
If you need to reschedule your stay please allow sufficient time prior to rescheduling as dates may have already been booked for the nights you need to reschedule to.
