🏰 Important 2024 Update 🏰
This year's Texas SandFest is scooting down the beach to a new permanent position between Beach Markers 13 (North entrance) and 17 (South entrance). This decision was made for better movement of traffic to accommodate shuttles and bus routes.
How will this affect you? ⬇️
👉 Your parking plans may need to shift slightly. The North end general parking lot will now be located at Marker 9, with an exit at Avenue G/Marker 0. The South end general parking entrance will be at Marker 19, with an exit at 17.5.
👉 RTA will still be picking up from remote parking lots at Roberts Point Park, Port Aransas Community Park, and Gracie's Way. The only change with the shuttle is that your new pick-up and drop-off point will be at the end of Access Road 1-A…just a couple hundred feet from the SandFest South entrance gate!
👉 The ADA parking lot will now be located at Marker 12.5, with an exit at 11.5.
👉 The elderly and disabled drop off area will be around Marker 12.
👉 The VIP parking lot will now be located at Marker 11.5, with an exit at 10.5.
