The National- and State-Level Estimates of WIC Eligibility and Program Reach in 2022 report coauthored by Westat staff provides WIC state agencies with detailed coverage estimates by category, Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) region, state and territory, race and ethnicity, and urbanicity.

How effective is the RSV vaccine for older adults? A recent study co-authored by Westat researchers provides some of the first real-world data on RSV vaccine effectiveness in adults 60 and older. Read more on the results:

A study providing some of the first real-world data on RSV effectiveness shows that adults aged 60 years and older who received RSV vaccination were up to 80% less likely to be hospitalized with RSV than those who were unvaccinated.
