Update regarding Saturday’s fireworks at Raccoon Lake.

We are getting several calls and messages in regard to the fireworks set for Saturday evening at Raccoon State Recreation Area. We are in the heat of summer where we see several potential days of forecasted storms. The decision to cancel the fireworks will probably go down to the wire. With day time pop up storms, we can still manage to get the show in. We will do everything possible to make the show go on. Keep an eye on our page and Raccoon SRA page for any official announcements. We will make coordinated decisions and make official announcements here.
