Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Full Time: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: In Person - Rockwall, TX
General Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls, maintaining supplies, retrieving and delegating mail and packages.
- Assists Office Manager as needed.
- Maintains the office, reception area and other common areas.
- Maintain field contact list as well as the extension list.
- Schedule meetings / appointments as needed.
- Create and order business cards, badges or any office signage.
- Assist with office activities / special projects as needed.
- Maintain and update any forms upon request.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or Executive Team.
Essential Knowledge / Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of office administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
