Sup Kentucky is a top-rated Stand Up Paddling and Kayaking adventure company. We offer eco-friendly tours throughout Kentucky as well as a limited number of international trips each year. Sup Kentucky's most popular adventure is our Crystal Kayak and SUP Glow tour, which takes place in the heart of the Red River Gorge. Adventurers paddle their way through a flooded underground limestone mine on cl

ear SUP boards or crystal clear kayaks. Colorful glowing LEDs and headlamps light the way through the pitch-black cave and reveal the natural wonders of the underground. Our Kentucky adventures also include river, lake, and stream tours. Sup Kentucky aims to make SUP paddleboarding accessible to everyone! Every trip we offer gives you the chance to explore beautiful surroundings, enjoy the great outdoors and hone your Sup paddling skills, of course! In addition to the Crystal Kayak and SUP Glow Tour at the Gorge Underground, we offer SUP tours at Cumberland Falls. Check out cascading waterfalls (above ground and below!) and discover the secret cove at Grayson Grotto. All tours are beginner-friendly –– no prior knowledge required. Our team members are highly skilled and extensively trained. We’ll teach you everything you need to know before you get out on the water, and we’ll be there to guide you along the way. Our international trips provide the opportunity for smaller groups to have the experience of a lifetime. We plan our trips meticulously and our goal is to curate an itinerary that allows our guests to fully immerse themselves in different cultures and experience new foods, customs, and activities. Whether you're solo or traveling with your entire crew, a trip through the Underground is a guaranteed memory maker. ⛰️

We keep our tours on the smaller side to provide a more personalized experience and to make it easier for you to hear your guide on the water. Solo bookers will join up with other paddlers booked for the same tour time.

If you have more than eight people, we're happy to arrange a private tour to accommodate your whole group. Just reach out!

Yesterday we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to a valuable member of our team. Pepe had kidney failure and was getting weaker by the day. We know that so many of you loved Pepe too so we wanted to be sure to let everyone know. We see your Pepe stickers all over the country and we are so thankful for all of you and your love or our little dog and support of our company.

If you have time, we recommend spending a bit of time exploring the Red River Gorge before or after your tour. Paddle, hike, climb, zipline, eat, drink — there's so much to see and do! 🌲 ⛰️

Our Story

We offer Eco Friendly tours of KY and the surrounding states. Our goal is to introduce people to the fast growing sport of SUP, stand up paddling. Our specialties are Rivers, Lakes and Stream tours. Exercise, bird watching, swimming, conservation, team building and exploration are just a few of the benefits of SUP. Come join us this summer and experience a new way to explore Nature!

We offer adventure Sup Tours at Cumberland Falls, Grayson Grotto and the Gorge Underground in Slade, Kentucky. All tours are beginner friendly.
