Thank you to this client and friend for trusting me to book your family’s stay in Anaheim!

We originally had a different hotel booked when she came to me about 2 weeks before the trip and asked if I could put them in a different hotel. I made a few calls and was able to put them in the hotel they wanted without any cancellation fees from the other hotel, no problem.

Although I don’t normally recommend making big changes so close to the travel date, sometimes things come up and you have to be able to act quickly and communicate effectively.
I look forward to planning more trips for this family in the future.
