Security deposit: $300
Cleaning fee: $100
Cancellations: With 7 days notice 50% refund is available.
2 Night minimum stay 7 night minimum during peak season
Peak season rates valid Memorial day through Labor day

The Cove house 1,800 square feet
Peak $250 a night $1,650 per week
Off peak $200 $1,300 weekly

The Cottage 1,500 squ@are feet
Peak $225 a night $1,500 weekly
Off Peak $175 $1,150 weekly

RULES
NO SMOKING in the rentals. If you choose to smoke outside be respectful and dispose of the butts properly.

Please leave things as they where when you arrive. Any damage will be responsibility of the renter.

No parties, large gatherings due to limited parking and respect for the neighbors.

Please treat my homes as you would your own. I am doing vacation rentals to be able to share what I have been able to enjoy with others. Issues cause problems for renters in the future. Let's make them enjoyable memorable experiences for everyone.
