I just want to take a moment and address the incident that happened at the estate last night because I've had an overwhelming number of messages and concerns regarding this.
Some guests decided to violate the portion of their contract that states "NO open flames of any kind" and they lit illegal fireworks. They caught the field on fire below the pool and luckily with some help, the fire was put out. It could have been so much worse......we could have lost everything, very quickly!
Please take note....we have rules and procedures in place for a reason and they are not to be ignored or taken lightly. Just because you rent the property does not entitle you act however you please. Be extra respectful and be responsible when using someone else's property!
To those with upcoming weddings and parties, this will not change or affect anything! Your reservations will continue as planned. We look forward to serving you and making your event as memorable and beautiful as possible! 
Please note: event insurance is ALWAYS a smart idea. Don't assume nothing will happen because I can assure you, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We recently found an extra camera lens left outside at the estate from a recent wedding. Probably in the last 2-3 weeks. If it's yours or someone you know, please message me!!! Tag your photographers, these are expensive!!!

-NO weekends
-$250 per hour with a 2-hour minimum requirement
-60 guests max
-Rental includes entire pool area, bar/grill, sound system, access to tunnels, pool house kitchen, 2 restrooms and giant game room. Does NOT include the upstairs of the pool house (banquet hall or restroom upstairs) or any of the main house.
-we do not provide towels
-freshly washed swimwear required
-NO ANIMALS!!!! Husbands don't count🙈🤣

Pool party reservations are closed for the season. Booking summer of 2024 will open April 1, first come first serve!  You can still schedule an overnight reservation for weekDAYS at anytime!! (All summer WeekENDS are already booked!)

So this is us! 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️
We thought it might be helpful to introduce ourselves seeing as how we've never done that! You all might like to know who you are talking to and corresponding with for your reservations and events!!  When you send us a message or email, you could be corresponding with either Steve or myself. As a general rule, if there are a lot of emojis then you are definitely corresponding with me🙈(Amy)

Steve Gibby was born and raised right here in Roseburg, Oregon! He served a 2-year mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Argentina and is now the Bishop of the Harvard ward. He has been working in construction for 20 years and is co-owner of Gibby Brothers construction with his brother Kevin.  Steve enjoys playing guitar, DJing occasionally at weddings and outdoor activities.

I (Amy Gibby ) have lived in Oregon for the past 22 years. We've been married for 19 years and have 3 incredible kids! I attended SWOCC for 3 years and received a medical transcription degree and a medical clerical degree, with many years experience as an office manager or secretary.  Currently I work for Modere part time from home, occasionally at Roseburg schools and the rest is dedicated to the estate! I enjoy playing piano, baking, kayaking, fishing and agate hunting!!

The estate was purchased in 2022 by Steve's parents, George and Rhonda Gibby. They both moved to Roseburg when they were children and have raised nine kids here!  Originally the estate was purchased for the family to use and create amazing memories before we all quickly decided that it was too beautiful of a place to keep to ourselves! We wanted to share it with the community so that others could create lifelong memories here as well 🥰
