Special order from this morning. I’m calling it “Silk Divinity”. I took pecans and essentially rendered the oils into the syrup and then removed the actual pecan. It gives a beautiful pecan flavor to the Divinity without the bits of pecans that can be a problem for those with dental problems.
If you want it, it will only be sold in batches ($30).

This is where it all started! My family’s peanut brittle was the first candy we sold, and it continues to be a stand out favorite. Pictures can barely do justice to the flaky texture, and the buttery peanut flavor is spectacular.

Cocoa Crumbles are made from how Sugar Fudge. Little bits of yummy you can sprinkle on ice cream, add to your coffee for a deep mocha taste, or just add it to a cup of hot milk for the richest hot cocoa you’ve ever enjoyed.

I hope everyone is having a peaceful Thanksgiving weekend. We visited with family, but our “big” day will be tomorrow (Friday). In the meantime, I wanted to show everyone my new logo.
