Before and afters of a kitchen project we had fun with in Sylvania. Quite the transformation, added LED lighting all over, new hand scraped hardwood flooring, reworked electrical system, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, new paint, and appliances.

In this kitchen near Grand Rapids we reused the existing floor plan and installed new cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplash, new appliances, recessed LED lighting in the ceiling, pendant light over the island, new paint throughout, and LED under cabinet lighting.

We love building projects that totally transform spaces like this one. These pics are after removal of a few walls and a hidden beam installation. New hardwood floors, Wellborn cabinets, designed and supplied by Bruce Robinson at The Andersons in Maumee, also added a window in the front to maximize the natural light and view. I started with building and staining new nick nack cabinets around microwave. Slate tile floor under new Wellborne brand cabinets from The Andersons. Topped with Quartz countertops complete with farm style sink, The Andersons. Glass mosaic tile backsplash, and new lighting fixtures. Thanks to Ron and Loretta, it was a pleasure working with you!

Big thanks to The Andersons Maumee Kitchen Design Center for inviting us to set up a table at their annual home show last weekend. We have the privilege of being one of a selected few authorized Anderson's contractors, completing a wide variety of remodeling projects including kitchens and baths. If you were unable to make it out to visit us, you missed the free cookies Sarah made for the show.

Project for this weekend was to use an unwanted butcher block island top given to me by a customer, and build a new kitchen table for my family. Now the hard part... Picking a stain color.
