Airbnb listing is posted on the site and is ready to go, BUT WAIT IT CAN'T GO LIVE JUST YET.....! You gotta wait for the City of Palm Beach to issue our occupancy room tax numbers. They require you to go there in person (downtown), stand in line, and submit the hand written application with a $33 check. (Actual photo of employee at the Palm Beach tax office)
