Our opening date was supposed to be in April. We got really behind due to the rain. So, by May I was over it and just threw together a makeshift firepit. Just as a place holder really. Who's ready for a pool party?

Happy new year everyone! So much has been happening on the property. 4 tiny homes are up, the detached kitchen is going up and should be finished next week. The big home is getting started next week. The electric is all completed, the pool/hot tub is getting started next month. We are still shooting for April, but I dont think we will be finished with the landscaping by April 8th as we had hoped. As soon as the siding goes up on the buildings we will post more. But here is a little video of the kitchen
