Renovated in 2022! The main level of the home has a large gourmet kitchen, sunken dining room and over-sized living area. This level of the home also offers three-bedrooms and three-baths. There is a king suite on this level with a private bath. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and twin bunks which has a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom on this level has a single king bedroom and shares a bath with the living area. The top floor of the home has a large master bedroom with king bed, daybed with trundle and a Gulf facing sun deck. The master bath is has an over-sized shower, multi person jetted tub, two vanities, private toilet area and small private balcony. Gas grill.

This home offers almost 3,000 square feet of deck space overlooking the fenced back yard and private gunite pool. Outdoor amenities also include a pergola and outdoor shower.
