Step into Sunni's Vacation Rental, fully furnished ready to move in lodge, stocked with amenities for our guests. Our retreat exhibits a fun place for singles and groups ages 25 and over. We are family-friendly with open spaces too for the four-legged furry-family member. Animals must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Reference the lease agreement for details of pet requirements.
Experience the comforts of home away from home. Our retreat sleeps 6, two bathrooms, queen bed, twin captain’s bed / trundle bed with storage drawers, and queen sofa bed; All linen and pillows, towels are included. Spacious appliance equipped open kitchen, seasonings for your cooking pleasure and multi surface cleaning supplies; Gather around to the 12 ft. dining counter bar overlooking an open concept floor plan and fireplace. Connect to the internet and wifi, satellite dish, TV flat screens, washer/dryer, seasonal heating and air, parking, Fire pit, grill and propane tank, fire extinguishers, balcony and more.
Easy access to I-81, all activities are centrally accessible from Sunni’s Rural Retreat, Virginia, location. Venture out towards White Top Mountain and along the way, Grayson State Park for its impressive views. Relax, unwind, and reconnect while capturing the tranquil setting of nature’s wildlife. A short 3-minute commute to our local trout fish farm, lake park and pool. Golf anyone, 15- minute drive to Wytheville Golf Club and or Marion’s Holston Hills. While in Marion, take in Hungry Mother State sandy beach park and the 108-acre lake surrounded by beautiful woodlands and majestic Blueridge mountains.
"Adventures await you", as you follow Park Boulevard to the “Back of the Dragon”, a 13-mile winding motorcycle bikers and sport car motoring enthusiasts. Other activities include matinee’s and or evening broad-way shows at the Wytheville Wohlfahrt - Haus Dinner Show, the Marion Lincoln and Abingdon Barter Theaters’.
Sunni’s daily rate minimum of $200.00 applies to 1-4 adults. More than 4 registered guests the rate is $50.00 per person. Children under 18, no stay charge.

• Check out by 11:00 a.m.
• 6 guests maximum
• Minimum stay – 2 days
• Maximum stay – 7 days or prior approval for an added stay period
Safety Features: Fire Extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide and Smoke alarms
Cancellation Policy: Written 2 weeks notice prior to check in for a full refund; 1 weeks written notice 1/2 refundable monies; less than a week, no refund. Any mail-in monies submitted shall be reimbursed to the tenant, during this time period.
