Another incredible result for Andrew Caskey and Bad Wolf BBQ this past weekend at the St. Francisville Food & Wine Festival! Bad Wolf's flavorful sweet potato and smoked brisket dish took home 3rd place for people's choice at Sunday's Grand Tasting event at The Myrtles. This amazing recognition is such a testament to the creativity and love this crew puts into their food. And of course the dish paired perfectly with some craft brews from Utility Brewing. Thank you to these talented culinary partners for making Ruston shine!
