It's always funny to me how people can go to the same place at the same time and have very different experiences.
This is one of the reasons it's great to work with an agent. I can help you find the perfect resort for you. If you ask a bunch of different people what the best resort is or what their favorite resort is, it may be the perfect resort for them, but not for you. All resorts are different and cater towards different wants and needs. What's important to you, may not be important to someone else.

Yucatan Princess adults only is a very nice 5 star resort. Restaurants are very high end and can visit all 4 plus a nice buffet restaurant. There is also a nice beach bar and fast food hut also. There are areas that are more quiet sections with swim out first floor options or more party rooms overlooking the main pool... more (+)

I loved my stay at Platinum Yucatán! We had a great time the staff was amazing. This is my second trip and I’ll be coming back. Jorge of the front desk, Flavio who does bags and Christian of the bar were the stars of the show. My massage was amazing 10/10! I’m looking forward to my next trip and want to thank everyone!

Day 2 of our 8 night stay and I will start with DO NOT STAY HERE. We come to Mexico 2-3 times a year and try a new place for most of our trips. We booked this trip on a last minute whim (10 days advance) with our experience being most RM resorts are more or less similar. Regrets.

Second resort I've been to in Mexico and this one takes the cake by far.. Entertainment team was great, make sure you befriend Johnny and Luna from the entertainment team along side all the other entertainers they made our stay here amazing.
