Rules/Requirements

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your investigation time for check-in purposes. No late arrivals will be allowed to join. Please dress accordingly. The weather outside will depict the weather inside. ALSO, Please wear boots or tennis shoes. No flip-flops, sandals, etc. You won't be allowed to take part in the investigation. Attendees must be 18 years or older. Photo ID is required upon check-in. No food or beverages are allowed. No smoking or va**ng of any kind. Anyone under the influence of ANY drugs or alcohol WILL NOT be allowed to investigate. You will be required to sign a liability release form upon arriving. Not doing so, will forfeit your spot in the investigation. You MUST be respectful to the building and to the ghosts/spirits that reside within the building. If you are caught being disrespectful in any way, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING! NO REFUNDS WILL BE HANDED OUT.
