Are you looking for a place on Lake Champlain to rent this summer? If so, allow me to introduce you to the Lancaster family camp, “Family Ties”.

Website and better photos will follow however I know a lot of folks are desperately trying to make plans for the summer so I wanted you all to have this info ASAP!

Family Ties is located on Hathaway Point in St. Albans, VT at the mouth of the bay (at its widest point closest to the broad lake). It is the last camp on the road to Camp Killkare.

There are two large bedrooms upstairs with double beds (plenty of room for air mattresses) and one bedroom on the main level with a twin.

Kitchen is large and open, there is a designated desk/workspace (Xfinity WiFi throughout) with beautiful views of the lake, a single 3/4 bath, and the front room is the gem where everything seems to happen. A large indoor picnic table is perfect for intimate meals or pull it out from the wall for large family/group style dinners. Brand new windows offer gorgeous views of the lake and the breeze is mesmerizing. Both couches in the front room are pullouts if extra room is needed.

Down on your beach there is so much to enjoy (the water is still really high and there is more dock to be added as the season progresses). Bring your kayaks, canoes, boats and floats. Spend the day enjoying the water or launch from the dock spending the day exploring, fishing, and more!

The lawn is a relaxing place too! Put the umbrellas up, bring your book out and enjoy the swing. Gas grill is located on the opposite side by parking.
