I just did a deep dive on Airbnb.

If you want to stay at my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachside home in St Augustine beach (which btw has 100% 5-star reviews, 120 in total), it is on average $400 less than anything else in the area - and no other house in the area has at least 100 reviews and a 100% 5-star rating. As far as value and comfort go, this is it for St Augustine Beach -

Right now I have only1 week availble in April - April 20 - 27. With all the airbnb fees and taxes, it still only comes out to $2108 for the week. Book it now, because (a) it's going to book soon (b) there's nothing better, more affordable in the area (c) I'll take great care of you!!! (d) you're too cool and smart to pay more than double to stay next door at the Embassy Suites

For any locals looking to get away to the beach for a few days in March or April, come stay beachside, in SUPER COMFORT! Both of my homes are meticulously clean and set up for the ultimate beach vacation. I have the following dates available:

My Anastasia Lodge beachside house (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps up to 6 people, less than 500 steps to the beach)

April 20-28 $185 per night, all inclusive (includes all taxes and cleaning fees). You won't find anything this size, this close to the beach for this price - and most certainly, not with this type of backyard, and super comfortable and clean accomodations!!!!

My Sailfish beachside house (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps up to 10 people, less than 500 steps to the beach and less than 75 steps to the pool)

March 10-14 $235 per night all inclusive (includes taxes and cleaning fees) You won't find anything this size, this close to the beach for this price - and most certainly, not as clean and comfortable!!!!

January 2025 St Augustine Beach availability for my beachside home. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, less than 500 steps to the beach. Beautiful community pool less than 75 steps from our front door. NO CLEANING FEES. 4.99 rating on Airbnb with over 60 reviews. Immaculately clean and set up for comfort at the beach.

Upstairs deck with seating AND lower covered patio with seating. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee machines, beach towels, beach chairs and cart. 5 TVs.

Every year it proves to be true..Nov. and Dec. are great times to be at the beach in St Augustine Beach. Beautiful blue skies have been spotless for days. The nighttime skies are loaded with stars. From our private beach access point (at the Gazebo) you can see the SpaceX launches tear through the sky - or watch the launches from the beach.

Surf fishing here is great and this stretch of beach is the nicest in St Augustine.

Temps in the mid 60s - mid 70s, no humidity, no rain, Nights of Lights in Historic downtown and living beachside.

Come try this out for a week....you'll love it!!
