Casa del Sol, Oceanfront House Vacation Rental- St Augustine Beach Fl Year round rental. 4 bedroom/4 full baths/2 half baths. Oceanfront Beachhouse. Oceanfront beach rental with all amenities. Parking for 8 cars.

We rent the entire home which sleeps 12 adults. Every bedroom has en suite bath and great rooms have sleeper couches. Each level of the house comes with a Fully equipped kitchens, powder rooms, laundry room, beautiful porches and balconies- each with a different view.

We are receiving lots of texts from past guests worried about "their" beach house. Thank you so much for your concern. This photo was take today after Chuck cleaned up a bit.

Once again, we were spared. The only damage we can find is the roof ridge flew off, but there is no water damage in the house.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who were not so fortunate. We know the worry they went through, but we got good news in the end. They didn't. 😢 We can only imagine their sense of loss.

Lots of activity at the beach today. It couldn't be more perfect.
We have Sept 20-29 and Oct 13- 25th still available. My favorite months here. Minimum 4 day rentals, but you will kick yourself if you don't book for a week. No one wants to go home. Some people bring their laptop and work looking at this view.

Our guests this week had to deal with rain from Debbie. I am sure they played lots of games, and caught up with each other more than they expected😅. They also got to view a stormy ocean for a few days- which I personally love, but I doubt that was what they had in mind.

Today, nature tried to make it up to them. They just sent me this photo.

Our Story

We wanted to have a business in our semi retirement that would make people happy and build long lasting memories for families and friends. Well, an oceanfront beach house, in Florida, near the oldest and cutest town of St Augustine checked all our boxes. Over the years, we have made hundreds of families happy (as our reviews will tell you) and many return to continue to make more memories with loved ones.

The house has all the modern conveniences available , but we have also maintained the beachy casual decor that our minds associate with a great beach house. Every bedroom has en suite bath and great rooms have sleeper couches. We rent the house as a single house, but each level of the house comes with a fully equipped kitchens, powder rooms, laundry room, beautiful porches and balconies- each with a different view. Parking for 8 cars.
