St Augustine Beach condo, Colony Reef Club 2204 With a beachy theme throughout, this adorable condo will quickly become your home away from home.

With an amazing ocean and pool view from your own private balcony, this second floor condo is the perfect beach getaway. The spacious living room has ample seating for families of all sizes and the dining room comfortably seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for a stay of any length and comes with a full sized washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The master bedroom

has a king size bed and a newly renovated private master bathroom as of 2019. There is a queen and a full bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” and the second bathroom was also beautifully renovated in 2019. Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club. All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

If you love spending time at a beautiful pool, this is the place for you! We are almost done with resurfacing our huge pool (March, 2023)! Ours is unique in that both ends are shallow with a deeper middle to allow more usable space.

🎄🌟MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Nights of Lights will take place every evening from November 19, 2022 to January 31, 2023 in St. Augustine, Florida! The lights come on every night at dusk!

The festival kicks off with Light-Up! Night on November 19 at 6 p.m. in the Plaza de la Constitucion. The City of St. Augustine will offer a Free Park & Ride Shuttle on select days during the Nights of Lights Season. Pick up and drop off locations to be determined.

Our condo has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 in beds), 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen that is furnished for cooking, and a living room and dining room for 8 people. Our goal is to always keep making improvements. We recently installed new bedding in 2 bedrooms and a new rug in the living room. We always have a couple of plans on the books for more updates in the near future.

Pizza nights at the beach are great! Violas has great pizza and italian food. Also, very conveniently located just south on A1A.

St Augustine is a great place for a getaway. We still have some Summer availability. My favorite time is September and October. If you've never been for Night of Lights you should book a few nights to see the beautiful lights. Also, some great upcoming concerts at the St Augustine Amphitheater. So much to do!

St Aug Fish and Oyster House. We finally tried it and it was great! Especially enjoyed the pimento cheese grits. Yum!
