It's been a busy time on our first visit to our condo since 2019. Upgrades include, new rugs, artwork, coffee table, TV unit and 50 inch TV in the living area along with complete redecoration of the living/dining area in Sherwin Williams honied white. In the bedroom, in addition to the new paint job, using a very beachy embellished blue, we now have a new bed frame and drawers to match the night stands. In the en-suite we have a new vanity unit and a complete remodel of the shower including a new toilet and marble look shower area complete with rainfall shower head. Not exactly the most relaxing holiday (spent a LOT of time in Lowes and Home Depot!). Worth it in the end though.

Sooooo looking forward to be being back in St Augustine at our condo in the fantastic Ocean VIllage Club in just over a week's time. Two years is too long. It isn't going to be a quiet time though as we've got a lot of work lined up including
1. Complete re-model of the en-suite bathroom including new vanity, tiling and shower fittings
2. A new paint job for the master bedroom and living/dining room. We're going for embellished blue for the bedroom and honied white for the living/dining room
3. Lots of new furniture including co-ordinating furniture in the bedroom and new coffee table in the living area. Maybe a new dining table too if we have time and get it delivered.
4. New rugs, artwork and other decor

Should look great when finished. Aiming to do kitchen, main bathroom and second bedroom next year!

Now that the US has opened up to foreign visitors again, we're very much looking forward to getting back to St Augustine in a few weeks time. However, unlikely to be much of a rest for us as we're planning quite a few upgrades including a completely re-modelled master en-suite bathroom, new decoration in about half the condo plus some new furniture, providing we can get hold of it in time.
