Hi dear friends: I am now the proud owner of a two bedroom/two bath unit at St Augustine Beach -- bought from my beloved parents who were the original owners. Unit #3210 (now newly named SeaHaven) is part of the Ocean & Racquet Rental Program but I want to make it available to you. It is perfect for all
kinds of groups —- couples, families, friends’ gatherings! The master Bedroom has a king size bed and private access to bathroom with walk-in shower and seat/safety bar. The guest Bedroom can sleep three with double and twin beds. You can find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All mattresses and furniture are new. You can relax with coffee watching the sunrise from the balcony or sit back in the new living room recliner. For your watching pleasure there are a 40” TV/cable/DVD in living room, 32”/cable in master bedroom and 22”/DVD in guest bedroom. Wifi and local phone service are included. The dining room with its six chairs offers ample space for large meals and board games or meaningful chats. Three ceiling fans through out the unit add to your comfort. Cooking will be fun in the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, including plenty of pots/pans, blender, waffle maker, and coffeemaker. For the beach with private access only steps away, help yourself to beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. The elevator is right there leading to the parking lot, providing convenience. Take a dip in one of the two pools or one of five jacuzzis — also steps away. Four courts are available for a fun game of tennis. Ocean Hammock Park for nature walks is literally next door along with Publix, Starbucks and Walgreens conveniently located down the street. Another wonderful walk is to the ocean pier down the beach. Biking paths and golfing also are great in this area. For the history buff, Old Town St Augustine - the nation's oldest city and the beautiful Lighthouse are only minutes away. A variety of fabulous restaurants right there on the Island and in Old Town are guaranteed to satisfy your palate. Minimum Nights — 3 nights
From February 1, 2017 to August 19, 2017:
Near Ocean (N/O):
3 nights — $450 + tax/cleaning = $675
5 - 7 nights — $960 + tax/cleaning = $1238
These rates would range from $177/night to $225/night. If four guests, it would be from $44 to $56 per person per night, depending on length of stay. (Of course, with six guests, the costs will be lower per person.) From August 20, 2017 to January 2018:
Will be less… ranging from $125/night to $180/night,
