Well unfortunately it's time to sell my tour business. I'm not able to keep it going. The physical issues from my car accident this past November, and an aging Parent who needs my constant attention and a cap of what I can make because of retirement doesn't allow me the time or enjoyment anymore.

My walking History tour was challenging the other day. My guests were a couple and both Historians. They are Egyptologists from Canada. It was a good time and they were very happy with how I presented the tour.
If anyone is planning a trip to Egypt save the site as the wife Laura does tours there.

The Casa Monica Hotel really sucks! They refuse to state the hotel is haunted. I have talked to two families in the last three days that are staying there and they have told me about the experiences they've had there. This is not including the other seven guests on my tour over the years who have stayed there as well.

Viator review: Walk the Oldest Streets of South St. Augustine Haunting Tour
We did this tour as a family for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We’re locals, so we’ve done several of St Augustine’s ghost tours but this might be my new favorite! I really enjoyed the Aviles Street portion of the tour. Our guide was both personable and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing a few new (to us) stories about the Oldest City’s less…corporeal inhabitants. Highly recommend!

Well my Friday night tour was interrupted by a 13 year old girl while standing outside of our Huguenot Cemetery. While I was talking she turned to her Father and I heard her say, "There's a boy in there." I stopped talking and asked her where the boy was. She pointed and said " over there by that cross." She is the second child this year that has seen him and confirmed with my photo evidence of the boy.
So cool and fun.

Often seen in early morning hours at the City Gate, our most famous Spector Elizabeth will wave to you as you go by. Her description in appearance was always the same from anyone who's seen her. Wearing a blue dress and long blonde hair. The side by side is from multiple pictures taken in successions. Full body apparition to de-manifestation. Her untimely death came during our 1821 Yellow fever pandemic. She was believed to be around 14 years old.
