Hi everyone little update!

We are on Airbnb since the beginning of February!..And it doesn't stop! We booked more than 40 days in 48h!!! It's busy and it's perfect like that. It's all booked as short rental. We are very happy about that! l know, we always hear about the worst host or guest experiences with Airbnb but here we have had exceptional guests so far. People really love the spot, it is so amazing to read their comments about our happy place.

This charming, fully furnished beach house is a short walk to Butler Beach and only 15 mins from the famous St. Augustine Historic Downtown. Our private community beach access leads the way to an amazing beach area!

The house is located on one of the rare saltwater canals in St Augustine.
Yes, you are directly on the waterfront, right in your own backyard.

The canal is connected to the inlet, where you can fish, kayak, paddleboard...etc. You can even jump in the water!

A gem for the fishermen!
The boat ramp is only 3 mins from the house. You can park your boat and trailer safely right in the driveway where you can easily wash it after your ride.
You will be on the intracoastal Waterway and you could be offshore within minutes.
